ComputerPals Membership & Fees
Our annual fee to join ComputerPals is $20.00 per annum joining in July to November (Membership covers whole club financial year)
or
$10 if joining in December through to 30th June (makes you a financial Member - for courses run in the remaining part of our financial year).
Course fees are additional and costs can be viewed on the list of courses.
All course fees include any notes used during the lessons and digital information which can be downloaded onto a USB memory stick/flash drive. Bring your own USB memory stick/flash drive or buy one at the class).

Enrolment and Payment for Courses
- Enrolment is only available to financial members of ComputerPals.
- Renew your membership if necessary. For new members ask for a Membership application form.
- Course Enrolment Sheets will be placed in the Clubroom Foyer. The Enrolment Sheet will have the session number and start date of the courses on offer and blank spaces indicate positions available for the course. If the course is full complete a ‘suggestion slip’ requesting the running of another course and put it in the suggestion box.
- It is the Member’s responsibility to enter their name in the course (s) they wish to do. After doing so fill out the 2 part course enrolment forms, keep one part and send the other with your payment/notification immediately.
- We have dedicated Enrolment Days where you can enrol and pay your money. Check the calendar for details.

How Payment Can Be Made
- If not a financial member of ComputerPals a completed Membership Application (or a note renewing an existing membership) and payment must be included as below.
- For courses please send cheque/money order /direct to our account over the counter at your bank or by internet on-line anking "pay anyone: direct transfer only after your name is entered in a vacant spot on the course registration sheets at the clubrooms. Remember - fill out the 2 part course enrolment forms, keep one part and send the other with your payment/notification immediately.
- Payment by mail can be by cheque or money order (no cash), or
- Deposit to our account over the counter at your bank or building society ( see details below )
- On-line if you do internet banking - ‘Pay Anyone’ direct transfer from your bank account to our club account (Computerpals; at NPBS; BSB 650400; a/c No. 962205402; you must include your name in the details or description field that will appear on our bank statement), and
- Payments must be received as soon as possible after enrolling in a course.
- Cash payment can be made only on enrolment days (see the club calendar).
- No payments will be taken by Tutors. Cash is not kept on the premises.
Non Payment by Mail Means Cancellation of Position:
If payment by mail has not been received within 2 weeks of enrolment then your name will be removed from the enrolment sheet and that position declared vacant.
